An open, safe space and a collorabtive journey towards achieving greater mental well being.

  • What do you think is the most important factor in a doctor-patient relationship?

Open lines of communication, mutual respect, and trust

  • What are the 3 things you love most about being a clinician?

I enjoy helping and guiding a patient through their mental health journey using research, evidence based medicine, and shared decision making. It is a privilege to be trusted and allowed into a patient’s life to help improve their quality of life.

  • What do you like doing when you're not working?

When not working, I’m out exploring Austin and finding new places to eat and drink with my husband and adorable pup. I also enjoy travel, sports, and home renovation projects.
