A little about me

  • What can a patient expect from you as their clinician?

I strive to create a safe space for my patients to show up as they are in our appointments. Talking about mental health is hard enough so my goal is to bridge the gap and be a relatable provider they can fully trust to manage their care.

  • What do you think is the most important factor in a doctor-patient relationship?

I believe the most important factor is to be open-minded and give every patient the priviledge of being able to leave their baggage at the door. Every patient has their own path that led them to where they are today. I make it my priority to not allow predisposed judgements or biases affect the quality of care I give my patients.

  • What are the 3 things you love most about being a clinician?

What I love most about being a clinician is being able to witness the direct impact I am making on the quality of someone’s life and watch as their self-confidence flourishes. I also love the community and support I have to collaborate ideas with my colleagues and stay up to date on the latest treatment modalities available to my patients

  • What do you like doing when you're not working?

After 5pm you will likely find me binge-watching Netflix with my puppy or catching flights to explore new cities with my friends and boyfriend.
